Founded in 1999,Jiangyin Orient Gangsheng Metal Products Co.Ltd. has been all the time focusing on the Research and Production for Mortise Locks.Also based on ISO9001:2015 system, we have implemented 5S management system control,striving for a better excellence on product quality.
At present,the factory owns more than 180 semi-automatic and full-automatic production and assemble lines(or equipements), especially with 12 "STAR" Brand Core Machines, 15 Turret Crane Machines, 30 Cutting Machines, 20 "Brother" brand Machining Centers,1 "48-station" Turning and Milling Combination Machine,7 "8-station "cylinder body AIO machines, and 5 cylinder core AIO machines. Further more,the high use of a 280T Large-scale Progressive Stamping Equipment could greatly meet various high-end needs of customers.In addition,the factory has one testing center and one lock research and development center.
The cylinders produced by us have obtained many certificates such as EN1303:2015 of 15000C5D, 16000A50, 16000C6D standards, and UK One Star Certificate KM685144. The daily production capacity is 18000 Cylinder and 15000 lockbody. Various cylinder and lockbody are well-sales and popular in many different countries of Europe and Middle East and other area in world. |
